The website was redesigned for a business coach in Shreveport, Louisiana, focusing on the visual experience, content structure, navigation and overall digital presence.
Colyn Domingo led the redesign and front-end; I handled the WordPress backend, server configuration, email delivery and security.

The challenge
The site needed a stronger visual experience, clearer content structure and navigation, and the search and analytics foundations to support its overall digital presence.

Hosting & server configuration
- Configured server rules in .htaccess, including forcing HTTPS with permanent (301) redirects.
- Set up LiteSpeed caching for page performance.
- Managed URL redirects with the Redirection plugin.
Email & integrations
- Configured SMTP delivery for the site’s Contact Form 7 forms so inquiries reliably reach the inbox.
- Set up the Google reviews integration shown on the site.
Security & backups
- Hardened the site with Defender and Virusdie security tools and a web application firewall.
- Set up scheduled backups with UpdraftPlus.
Testing & troubleshooting
- Diagnosed backend errors using WordPress debug logs and resolved them.
- Verified forms, redirects and pages after configuration changes.
